The children of Israel had been set free from the land of Egypt. The Egyptians started chasing after the Israelites. The Lord told Moses; have them to camp between the mountain Pihahiroth and the sea.  So they camped between the mountain and the sea. Exodus 14:10 And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Israel cried out unto the LORD.   11. And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt?  12. Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it had been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness. 13.And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will show to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever. 14. The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.

God told Moses stretch forth your rod and the waters parted on the left and on the right. The children of Israel walked across on dry land. The enemy came to pursue after them. When the Pharaoh and his army were in the midst of the red sea, God said Moses stretch forth your rod again and the sea came together and Pharaoh and his army were drowned in the red sea.

When you come out of Egypt or Sin the enemy does not like it that you don’t serve him anymore. Oh while you are coming out of sin or Egypt, you are so excited and joyful, praising God and shouting the victory! You start out on your journey and after a while you get to a hard place. You maybe get in a situation where the enemy tempts you. Or maybe the enemy of your past begins to chase you.  Or even maybe the devil throws everything at you that he can, to try to stop you. He wants to discourage you. Maybe there are things that have troubled you in the past, which will try to come at you again. You may become discouraged and say, “Why did I become a Christian anyhow?” You may even have fallen and say, “well if I am saved how could I have fallen.”   There may be even other so called Christians that will put you down. It is just the enemy trying to get you to come back and serve the devil. He wants you to give up and quit.

You may be going through a battle of some kind. It doesn’t have to be sin. It could be a situation where you don’t know how you are going to get out of. It may look like a mountain behind you and the red sea in front of you.  It may look like no matter what direction you go, you are not going to make it. Your enemy may think he has you trapped.  You may think there is no way out. But God is waiting for you to cry out to him just as the children of Israel did in Exodus 14:10. You see whatever situation you are in, you need to cry out to God! God cannot and will not move until you cry out to him!!

But when you cry out to God He will hear your cry!  I am telling you that God is going to step in and fight the battle for you!! God is bringing you out of those situations and he is going to destroy your enemy! A few weeks ago, I heard the Lord say tell them, “The enemy that troubles you today will trouble you no more.”  The thing or the sin that has troubled you before God is delivering you out of. He is destroying that thing, that bondage, that situation out of your life. You see God wants you to know that HE IS GOD!!  He wants you to serve Him because He has better things for you! He wants you to go on and receive the promises and the things that He has for you! He wants to get you to that place where the land is flowing with milk and honey, where the fruit is plentiful.

Father God, I pray right now in the name of Jesus, that you will touch my brother or my sister now! Lord whatever battle they are going through I ask you now in the name of Jesus, step in and fight the battle. Lord I ask you to move in every situation. Remove every hindrance in Jesus Name! Touch, strengthen, encourage and give them the victory in Jesus name!! We thank you and Praise You and give You the honor and glory!
